Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase made through Bandanas By Michelle. We understand that some items may need to be refunded or exchanged for different sizes and or colors.
Return and Refund
We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from the date your item is received.
To be eligible for a return or Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When returning or exchanging the item please include a detailed note stating if you want the item returned for a full refund either onto your original purchase transaction way of payment or if you would like it applied as a store credit.
**Crystal bandanas and face masks made by Bandanas By Michelle LLC will have a ONE year guarantee from the date of purchase in regards to the crystals coming off of the product. There is no guarantee offered for fading of the product, rips, tears or discoloration. We offer a 14 day return policy which allows the customer time to check out the received product. Bandanas By Michelle LLC guarantees our product will be shipped from our store in pristine condition.
**Items that are not made or guaranteed by Bandanas By Michelle LLC are as follows: Stretchy Headbands, Dew Rags, Skull Caps, Jewelry, Plain Bandanas and clothing. These items are covered in the 14 day return policy but are not guaranteed for quality of work as we, Bandanas By Michelle LLC do not make these products. They will be sent out in top condition as when ordered.
To complete your return or refund, you can send us a Direct Message through Facebook at Bandanas By Michelle, send us an email too firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly at 507-884-7831. We will give you the information on how to complete your return or exchange.
****Bandanas By Michelle LLC is not responsible for any items that are shipped through the USPS or UPS that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. When you place your order with us you will receive an email with your tracking number and the date your item or items are shipped. All packages are shipped through the USPS and a tracking number is provided. We highly suggest that you frequently check your tracking number to insure that you receive your package in a timely manner. If the tracking number shows that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, do NOT contact Bandanas By Michelle LLC. You MUST contact your local Post Office and give them your tracking number and all the information you have in regards to not receiving your package. We do not guarantee or replace lost, stolen or misplaced orders that show that they were delivered to the customer or into their mailbox. This needs to be addressed with your local Post Master. ***When purchasing your order from Bandanas By Michelle LLC you can contact us if you would like to add insurance to your package. This is wholly the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. Bandanas By Michelle LLC does not include insurance on any orders/packages.
If an item or items is being returned within the 14 day return window due to color, size or style not being what the customer would like then a return shipping credit will be applied to the customers account balance. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs if they are returning a product to have extra crystals added to the item. They will pay for shipping back to Bandanas By Michelle LLC and also for the item to be re-shipped to them.
